Belmullet Golf Club was founded in 1925. Up until 1992 the Club played on a nine hole course at Cross near Binghamstown. At the invitation of Turasoireacht Iorrais, the club became the resident club at Carne Golf Links. Carne Golf Links is located less than 10 minutes form the Broadhaven Bay Hotel and we have some excellent golf stay and play packages available for golf enthusiasts!

Enniscrone Golf Links

Enniscrone Golf Links is among the most challenging traditional Irish links golf courses in Ireland. Enniscrone began in 1918 as an unrefined nine-hole course near a seaside village. Today, Enniscrone offers 27 holes on 400 acres of magnificent links land, featuring the par 73 Dunes Championship Links Course. This links has been voted “Best in Connaght” by Golfer Guide to Ireland and is a must play after Carne Golf course in Belmullet.

Westport Golf Course

Westport Golf course is an 18 hole parkland course and played host to the 2002 Smurfit Irish P.G.A. Championship. The Golf Course is located 5 minutes drive from Westport town and has breathtaking views of Croagh Patrick and Clew Bay. The first 6 holes offers a comfortable opening with the 7th a bit more challenging because of its new shape. This magnificent 18 hole parkland offers beautiful views all the way around and you will come back for more.
